Using Desktop as a Chrome Application
A frequent issue when accessing the desktop via a browser tab is that certain keyboard shortcuts (like Ctrl+W or Ctrl+F4) get captured by the browser instead of the application.
An easy fix is to set up a dedicated app using Chrome (or Chromium-based browsers).
1. Go to More Tools → Create shortcut on your computer desktop.
2. Choose "Open as window" while creating the shortcut.
3. Launch your application by double-clicking the shortcut on your Desktop.
4. Use your application and enjoy the proper functioning of keyboard shortcuts.
