Intended Application

These remote desktops are intended exclusively for course delivery, consultancy work, or recruitment.

Prohibited Activities

The following uses are strictly forbidden:

1. Hosting websites or any other service
2. Bitcoin mining
3. Conducting performance tests

If our team spots any of these actions, the service will be ended right away, and you won't receive a refund.

 

Service Level Agreement and Guarantee

DaDesktop ensures at least 95% service availability.

Any maintenance, repairs, and upgrades are carried out outside of hosted working hours, which are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time (based on where the server is physically located).

 

Data Safety and Confidentiality

This service comes as-is, meaning we cannot promise the confidentiality or security of data placed on the desktops. For stronger data protection, consider switching to DaDesktop On-Premise.

Since these desktops are mainly for training, they aren't suitable for handling highly confidential material.

The login system for Remote Desktops prioritizes ease of access over security.

Troubleshooting Recordings

Course Desktops (including Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participant sessions) may be recorded to assist with troubleshooting.

Disclaimer of Liability – Indemnification

DaDesktop provides the Services "as is," with all faults and as available. Neither we nor our suppliers make any express or implied warranties regarding the Services. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our suppliers disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We cannot guarantee that results from using the Services will be effective, reliable, accurate, or meet your needs. We do not promise that you can access or use the Services (directly or through third-party networks) at times or locations you choose. No statement from a DaDesktop representative, whether spoken or written, shall create a warranty. You may retain additional consumer rights under local laws that this contract cannot override. You use the Services at your own risk.

If you have any dispute with us or our suppliers, your only remedy is to cancel your account. In no case shall the combined liability of us, our affiliates, and our suppliers for all claims related to your use of the Services exceed the total fees you paid during the period when those claims arose, if any. We, our affiliates, and our suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages that result from your use or inability to use the Services.
